How can I book a domestic and/or international airline flight?

To book for domestic tickets within Vietnam, you will need to provide us via email: info@vietnam-easytravel.com some necessary information belows:

• Name of passengers (as it appears on passports)
• Passport number
• Your nationality
• The exact dates of travelling
• Your desired departure and arrival city
• Your preferred flight(s) or expected time
• Type of ticket you would require (Economy class or Business class)
• The payment method you would pay us (your name on credit card & billing address if payment by credit card)
• Number of children (noted with ages at the time of travel) accompanied (if any)

The booking is effective only when you inform us your booking information and credit card details or pay a certain deposit to us, then we will issue & send E-tickets to you.

How can I pay?

1. Customers within Vietnam:

For customers within Vietnam, we accept payment by cash, credit card and bank transfer.

- Cash: We can receive cash payment either advance in our office or in person upon delivery.
- Bank transfer: Bank transfers can be made from a bank account within Vietnam. We will provide you with our banking details at the time of confirmation of the booking.
- Credit Card: We can accept payment by credit card in advance by online payment link or at the time of delivery by imprint method. We will inform you in advance of purchase of any credit card fees that may apply.

2. Customers outside Vietnam:

For customers outside Vietnam who purchase services prior to arrival in Vietnam, we can only accept payment by credit card bank transfer and Western Union; we cannot accept cash at the time of a later delivery.

- Credit Card: You can purchase directly on our website, or we can provide you with a secure link after the services have been confirmed. In both ways, we will only proceed with the payment after reconfirming with you. For your protection, for a large purchase amount of 1000USD and above, we will need you to send us a legal identification (e.g. passport, drivers’ license) and your credit card scan copies before charging your credit card. We will inform you in advance of purchase of any credit card fees that may apply.
- Bank transfer: Bank transfers can be made from your bank account abroad. We will provide you with our banking details at the time of confirmation of the booking.
- Western Union: We can accept payment through any banks worldwide using Western Union service. We will send you our receipt details and then will need the control number from you in order to finalize the receipt of payment.

When do I need to pay?

All airline tickets must be paid for before or at the time of delivery of the ticket.
Some airlines carriers allow us to hold bookings for a limited period of time before paying for the ticket and issuing it.
Your credit card will not be billed until after we confirm availability of the flights and confirm that you would like to purchase and issue the ticket.

What if need to cancel or change my itinerary?

If you need to make changes or cancel your itinerary, please contact a customer service representative directly by phone at +84-988-529-494 if less than 24 hours in advance and by email to info@vietnam-easytravel.com or phone if more than 24 hours in advance. Please do let us know the flight booking code with us for this changes or cancellation. Charges will depend on the policies of the airlines with which you are booked. We will inform the cancellation policy of the airline before you purchase your tickets.

Do you have electronic air tickets?

Most of the airlines are using electronic tickets except for some special routings, so we can Email or fax the tickets to the customer after issuing. You then will print it out & submit at the check-in counter at the airport together with your passport for your boarding on your flights.

What’s electronic air ticket?

“Electronic air ticket”: is a ticket in electronic form, including all information pertaining to the usage of carriage services of airlines instead of paper ticket. Electronic ticket (E-ticket) has all information as shown in the paper ticket of airlines and airlines takes the responsibility to store the E-ticket data base and guarantees smooth travel for passengers.
Why are the prices not guaranteed for my booked air itinerary?

The airlines reserves the rights to change the fares at any time, and taxes and airport fees can also be changed at any time. We will inform you of the fare at the time that you inquire about the booking, but the fare is not guaranteed until the time that you issue the ticket.
I just received my ticket and there is a problem with it. What should I do?

Please contact the customer service team immediately. If your flight is less than 48 hours from the time that you receive the ticket, please contact a customer service representative directly by phone at +84-988-529-494. If the flight is more than 48 hours from the time that you receive the ticket, please contact us by phone or email at info@vietnam-easytravel.com .

What happens if I make a booking and then do not confirm or pay?

When you make a flight booking, we can hold the booking for a limited period of time, which depends on the availability of the flight and the airlines. If we have not received confirmation from you after two emails or faxes, we will automatically cancel the booking.
If you confirm the booking but arrange to issue and pay the ticket later, we will inform you of the deadline for payment. If you do not make payment before this deadline, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

What is included in your price?

Unless specified otherwise, our prices are quoted in US dollars. The fares rates are for one way or two ways/ round trip, either Economy class or Business class, including airport tax, airport fees and service charge.
What is the price policy for children

Normally, Airlines will offer the following price policy for childre if they are among the following ages:
• Under 2 years: Price will be 10% of adult price
• From 2 to 12 years old (at the time of travel date): Price will be 75% of adult price
